Enjoy lake views and easy access to the water from this renovated property near Perot’s Point. Whether you’re gathering with family, planning a weekend with friends, or settling in for a longer stay, the Lake House offers a comfortable place to relax and reconnect.
The property accommodates up to 8 guests, with three bedrooms in the main house and a separate bunk room. The bunk room has its own outdoor entrance and cannot be accessed from inside the main house. The main house has one queen bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in bedroom 2, and two queen beds in bedroom 3. The separate bunkhouse has four queen beds, for nine queen beds in total across the property. Maximum occupancy remains 8 guests regardless of the number of beds. There is one full bathroom. A full kitchen with an oven and dishwasher makes meals convenient, while Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer help you feel at home.
Spend your days enjoying Lake Texoma, relaxing on the patio, or unwinding in the hammock. Gather around the fire pit when conditions and local restrictions allow. Eisenhower State Park is a short drive away for trails, picnic areas, and more lake scenery.
Check-in begins at 3 PM Central, and checkout is by 11 AM Central. Early arrival or late departure requires advance approval.
Pets are welcome with a $99 fee per pet, per stay. Two or more pets require prior owner approval. Smoking is not permitted.

A 50% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.
A $500 security deposit authorization is required for direct reservations.
